5. Orders and Fulfilment

Once an order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch within 1-2 working days. Customers should allow 6-12 working days for delivery after processing, regardless of region. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to third-party courier or customs factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.

UK customers have the statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
